Do Bobbin bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We provide easy-to-follow instructions and basic tools to help you get on the road quickly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every Bobbin bike comes with a 12-month warranty on the frame and forks, covering any manufacturing defects. Consumable parts like tires and brake pads are not covered under this warranty.
