At Bobbin Bikes, we want you to love your new ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused bicycle or accessories within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the bike or accessory is in its original packaging and condition; use the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
